This Team Registration Page will be reset and erase the information if you leave it for 90 minutes.
After this registration, you can enter the information except the required items on the team page later.
Please make sure to enter using half-width numbers and letters,.

  You must agree to the following to register.
  1. Vehicles participating in FSAEJ must be conceived, designed and fabricated by the students.

  2. The participants are required to give the highest priority to safety at all times, including during fabrication, test runs and competition runs.

  3. The participants agree that the any comments collected from team members / faculty advisors, or the pictures / movies at the competition which contain the right of portrait of the Members, may be reproduced for free and widely utilized by JSAE or its affiliated organization for JSAE publication / website, or by means of media.

  4. To participating in FSAEJ, the undersigned hereby agree not to seek compensation or the like from the organizer or other participants with regard to any accidents that may occur during the event, regardless of the cause.
    During the competition, the undersigned further agree to take care so as not to harm other participants or related persons, uphold morals befitting a university student, and act in a safe and responsible manner.

  5. Agreement for Privacy Policies
    Teams which participate in FSAEJ agree with the Privacy Policies:
    Privacy Policy and GDPR Privacy Policy.
    This is the agreement where JSAE specifies for collecting personal data.

If all team members (including Faculty Advisors (FA)) are members of one of
   the following societies: (1) SAE International, (2) SAE Australasia,
(3) SAE Brazil, (4) IMechE, (5) VDI, (6) JSAE : ¥110,000 per team
In all other cases : ¥220,000 per team
*Teams CANNOT pay the registration fee before they are on the Pending List.
*The registration fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
