Abstract(E) | This paper offers design and evaluation methodologies for the remote human machine interface of motor winding machines. A permanent DC motor is utilized to evaluate the system performance. The motor winding machine has three degree-of-freedom motion space, which is controlled by a motion control kernel: IMP-2. The real-time status of motor wind status crucial for quality, reliability, and malfunction detection. This information facilitates the development and control of mass production on electric motors. Hence, the real-time monitoring interface is important. This study presents a web-based interface, which can transfer all winding status of winding machine to remote client via internet. A web-based, real-time, and user friendly graphical interface which utilized software LabVIEW as the media was proposed to carry out the information exchanging platform. The real-time experimental results were published on a website for end users to examine worldwide. Illustrated schemes and a demonstration video were given for comprehensive understanding. |
