Translation |
Abstract(E) | Researchers developed a new material made from food waste such as the peel of vegetables and fruits, coff ee grounds and etc. Its production procedure consists of drying, powdering, and hot pressing. It has enough strength in comparison with concrete and retains its natural aroma, colour, and flavour. Tablewares, small goods, furniture, and tiles are manufactured from the material so far. Fabula aims to mass-produce the new material for construction use in the future. |
