| Abstract(E) | With the surging demand for electric motor products in both automotive and household appliances, the need for high-quality motor core has never been more critical. In this situation, when magnetic steel sheet used as main material of motor core mold are pressed with cemented carbide tools, if the cemented carbide material is not properly selected, the frequency of mold maintenance will increase. This paper explores material technology for the new cemented carbide developed in our company, aiming to extend the lifespan of molds. |
