Abstract(E) | To realize a lightweight and flexible thermoelectric generator(TEG)consisting of p-type and n-type thermoelectric conversion elements for highly efficient power conversion from unused waste heat at low temperatures with slight temperature difference, we developed a long-term stable n-type doping technique using an optimal solvent followed by improving the quality of carbon nanotube(CNT)spun yarns by Joule heating treatment. CNT spun yarn based TEG will significantly contribute to the expansion and spread of applications such as thermoelectric conversion modules that utilize various heat sources, such as waste heat from industrial facilities, heat dissipation from automobiles, and body heat. |
