| Abstract(J) | 代表的な金属3Dプリンタ技術のひとつであるレーザ粉末床溶融法(L-PBF)は,レーザ照射を用いた合金粉末の局所溶融・急冷凝固を通じて,金属部材を積層造形できる.L-PBFプロセスは,複雑形状の製造だけでなく,高機能・多機能を持つアルミニウム合金の製造を可能にする.ここではL-PBFプロセスの特徴を述べ,その理解に基づいて設計した高機能Al-Fe-MnおよびAl-Fe-Cu3元合金の積層造形の試みについて概説する. Translation |
| Abstract(E) | Laser powder bed fusion (L-PBF) has emerged as one of the most representative metal additive manufacturing techniques capable of producing metallic components by using a scanning laser beam to selectively melt consecutive bedded powder layers. The L-PBF process enables not only the manufacturing of complex geometrical forms but also the fabrication of Al alloys with multi-functionalities. The present article describes an attempt at additive manufacturing of high-performance Al-Fe-Mn and Al-Fe-Cu ternary alloys using the L-PBF process. |
