Abstract(E)	Brake operating noise are caused by brake pipe vibration due to pressure pulsation of the ESC modulator pump, and pressure pulsation is amplified by standing waves in the brake pipe. The ESC modulator pump characteristics, which are difficult to calculate from the ESC modulator specifications, were experimentally identified using the “2 pressures/2 systems” method. Using the ESC modulator pump characteristics identified by this method, we developed the 1D model that can predict the standing waves in the brake pipes.

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.

The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.
