| Abstract(J) | 自動車用冷延鋼板の遅れ破壊評価では,せん断加工の影響を正確に把握する必要がある.そこで,本研究ではせん断端面を有する鋼板に対して4点曲げによる応力付与を行う遅れ破壊評価方法を用いて破壊限界応力を評価し,超高強度薄鋼板の耐遅れ破壊特性に及ぼすせん断残留応力およびせん断歪の影響を明確化した. Translation |
| Abstract(E) | Evaluation of delayed fracture property is one of the major barriers for application of high strength steel sheet to automotive parts. We are proposing a delayed fracture evaluation method using four-point bending test piece. In this study, we reported that it was possible to investigate the maximum unfractured stress of steel sheets with shear edge by using four-point bending specimen. In addition, it was clarified that the shear clearance and shear angle, which were shear conditions, greatly affected the delayed fracture resistance of steel sheets. The reason for the change in the delayed fracture resistances was estimated to be the change in the amount of the dislocation, vacancy or residual stress at shear edge of steel sheets by the shear condition. |
