| Abstract(J) | 自動車の車体防錆を目的としたWAXの開発を行い、競争力のある防錆システムを構築したので報告する。特に塩害地では高い錆耐久性能を必要とし、WAX適用は、防錆性能に大きく寄与してきたが、生産ラインにWAX塗布専用ラインを設置すると大きな設備投資が必要であった。開発材は粘度制御により抵コストでライン適用できた。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | This paper discusses an environmentally-friendly high-penetration wax developed to protect vehicle bodies from corrosion for extended periods, and its use in corrosion protection system that is competitive from the perspectives of cost, performance and environmental effects. When conventional penetrative wax that can only be applied on existing production lines are using, wax flow in later production processes and wax flow in the market are issues. This project responded to these issues by developing a material in which viscosity before and after application can be controlled. The developed corrosion protection system is able to protect against penetrative corrosion for long years. |
