| Abstract(E) | In recent years, it is necessary for automobile industry to be ecological and economic from the global requirements. Therefore, we are trying to reduce CO₂ discharged from plants and automobiles to prevent global warming. And, it is required to reduce the cost of manufacturing the automobile. This paper discusses a newly developed surface conditioner for phosphate to reduce the cost on pretreatment process. This surface condtioner is able to reduce the consumption of phosphate chemical. Furthermore, it could achieve equal quality to conventional phosphate even though it has lower coating weight. |
