Translation |
| Abstract(E) | Additive engine sounds are suggested to install into extremely quiet vehicle such as hybrid and electric vehicle. Exterior sounds from such system would contribute not only to warning signal but also to brand image for pedestrian. Therefore, sound design purposes both informing vehicle’s approach and showing concept of vehicle to pedestrian. This paper suggests signal processing methods in sound designing such as sine wave compositions, compress-stretch method of time signals, adjustment method of time gap and sound play by event. |
