| Abstract(J) | ハイブリッドSEA技術を活用して車両のSEAモデルを作成し、エンジン騒音に対する遮音性能を検討した。車室内への入出力寄与と、音源から車室内へのエネルギー伝達の分析結果より、吸遮音材の配置・仕様、貫通部などの音漏れを最適化することで、遮音性能と吸遮音材の軽量化を高い次元で両立させることができた。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | Recently, the improvement of fuel economy is highly required for a passenger car. To improve the fuel comsumption, it is necessary to be develop a technology of improving fuel efficiency and weight saving. The purpose of this paper is to develop a soundproof package to balance weight saving with performance of acoustic isolation for engine noise. At first, we developed a hybrid statistical energy analysis (HSEA) model to evaluate the performance. Secondly, by using the HSEA model, we enforced the following analysis; (1) analysis of power flow and dominant path from noise source to interior cavity, (2) extract efficient parts such as dash, dash penetration parts, floor etc, for improving the performance. Using above process, we developed a soundproof package improving the performance without increasing weight. As a result, we balanced weight saving with performance of acoustic isolation using HSEA model. |
