| Abstract(J) | 設計者が速く・簡単にCAE設計できるよう、オープンソースソフトウェアを活用したシミュレータ開発に取り組んでいる。今回、当社で最も利用の多いHVAC温度解析をOpenFOAMを用いてシミュレータ化した。スキルを必要とする作業をなくすよう、解析ノウハウを組込み自動化し、従来に比べ80%工数削減できた。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | We are working on the development of the simulator that uses open source software for engineers in order to computer aided engineering quickly and easily. HVAC simulation, which calculates velocity and temperature distribution in HVAC, has been most used in our company. So, this time, we newly made HVAC simulator that uses open source software. To eliminate some work processes that requires skills, the analysis know-how got incorporated in the HVAC simulator. Compared to the previous one, 80% work time could be reduced. |
