Abstract(J)ノズルから噴射されるディーゼル噴霧の挙動を理解するうえで,燃料噴射率の時間変化を把握することは重要である.燃料噴射率計測法の一つにモーメンタム法があるが,本研究ではモーメンタム法を用いて高い精度で燃料噴射率を測定可能とする方法について報告する.また,最大噴射率と雰囲気圧力の関係より,実機筒内圧相当の加圧場における燃料噴射率を求める方法について報告する.

Abstract(E)In order to understand a behavior of diesel spray injected from a nozzle, it is important to understand temporal change of fuel injection rate. Momentum flux is one of the fuel injection rate measurement methods, it has an advantage that the injection rate of each nozzle hole for multi-hole nozzle can be obtained. In this study, the measurement of fuel injection rate with high accuracy using momentum flux was investigated. Obtained results showed that reduction of surface roughness of spray impingement wall and suppression of natural vibration of force sensor are effective for improvement of accuracy.
