| 抄録(英) | The application process of ESP®-systems -the Electronic Stability Program -has to find an answer to the increased amount of ESP®projects, number of vehicle variants, complexity of controller networks and pressure to reduce the number of prototypes, application time and costs. Thus the application process will have to be supported more and more by vehicle dynamics simulation. Today at certain stages of the ESP®application process tests are already transferred from the test track into the laboratory using a common simulation environment with validated and project specific components of the car by the OEM and supplier commonly. Besides the pure execution of the simulation a pre-and post-processing capability has to be provided to the user. The outcome of simulation can be improved if not only single simulation runs are performed similar to vehicle tests. Much more benefit will be achieved if design of experiment (DoE) methods are applied. This can be done on one hand by fully factorial tests like a predefined variation of parameters of vehicle, driver or environmental parameters. This allows covering within one test scenario several configurations of the system under test. On the other hand the usage of evolutionary optimization methods enables the user to find solutions in a more efficient way and even detecting solutions which normally cannot be found by classical methods. 翻訳 |
