| 抄録(英) | This research focused on principles and developments of continuous regeneration DPF technology, which is an after-treatment technology for the reduction of particulate matters. There were some discussions about engine parameters such as engine driving conditions as well as sulfur contents prerequisite to prevent effect on oxidation catalysts. The test was done on an 8000cc heavy-duty turbo diesel engine on which continuous regeneration DPF was equipped to investigate regeneration characteristics of DPF and engine performance under several conditions of standard (430ppm) or ultra sulfur diesel (15ppm). Besides exhaust emissions such as CO, HC, NOx, PM and soot were tested under D-13 and D-3 modes. The CR-DPF is based on the same principle of CRT but is comprises a separated catalyst and a filter section for the particular purpose of this research. By the application of cooled EGR, NOx emission decreased feasibly to comply with Euro-V regulation. In overall, the combination of Cr-DPF and EGR is effective in the reduction of emissions and comply with Euro-V regulation. 翻訳 |
