| 抄録(英) | This paper presents potentials of spray-guided gasoline direct injection n/a engines based on BMW's new combustion system focusing on sustainability of fuel consumption, emission and performance. Detailed coverage will be on the benefits of turbocharged operation under stoichiometric conditions . The focus lies on extended demands on the combustion system and on gas exchange components achieving high torque (low end torque) and an uncompromising – BMW typical - transient behavior. The challenge is the combination of both concepts – stratified operation at lower loads and lower speeds as well as boosted operation at full load. The combination results in an engine concept with lowest fuel consumption and highest performance figures –efficient dynamic at its best. However there are still many challenges concerning combustion system, ignition system, flow capacity of injectors, exhaust aftertreatment etc. This paper gives an overview of the thermodynamic potentials, components and technical features of this engine concept. 翻訳 |
