| 抄録(英) | Hydrogen as a carbon-free fuel is one way to decarbonize the internal combustion engine. Given its wide flammability limits and very low ignition energy, it poses challenges especially for high specific power engines, as pre-ignitions pose a serious danger to the engine hardware. The development of advanced lubrication oils for hydrogen engines represents a promising avenue for reducing the risk of pre-ignition. This presentation outlines an experimental approach to examining the performance of R&D lubrication oil samples under realistic operational conditions on a heavy-duty hydrogen engine. The results of the investigation are based on testing of 32 different oils. 翻訳 |
