| 抄録(英) | This paper presents a digital twin construction method for supporting thermal design and operation of power electronics systems, whose importance is increasing in the era of electrification and autonomous driving. The proposed approach integrates a loss reduced-order model (ROM) with a thermal ROM that preserves spatial temperature information, enabling coupled electro-thermal simulation. Furthermore, by deploying the digital twin as a web application and fusing it with measured data, real-time evaluation and continuous model updating during the operational phase are made possible.
