Translation |
| Abstract(E) | For a hydraulic force control, the relative velocity of the jack could be viewed as a perturbation and leads to some dynamic discrepancies in the controlled force realization. The linear analysis proves that a PI controller can not really compensate or eliminate this perturbation. A new control law is presented based on two main ideas : a perturbation rejection technique to eliminate the sensitivity of the force control on the jack relative velocity and a kind of linearizing technique by inverting the Bernoulli flow characteristics of the valve. In theory these two techniques lead the system to a very simple one easy to control with a constant proportional gain. Two non linear laws are introduced : one in open loop and one in closed loop system. Both of them give quite good results but some problems still remain like valve dynamics effects, valve underlap/overlap, zero force input. |
