Abstract(J) | 衝突安全と走行時CO2排出削減に加え、ライフサイクルでのCO2排出削減が求められ始めた自動車には、鋼製の軽量高強度車体が優れた解となる。そのため、高強度鋼の優れた比強度を活かした薄肉構造部品とその加工技術の開発を進めている。ここではその例を紹介する。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | A light-weight crashworthy steel autobody is one of the best solutions for a future vehicle which is required to satisfy crashworthiness and low CO2 emissions, not only in use, but also throughout a life cycle from the production of materials to the end of life. Therefore, we are developing high-performance thin-wall parts which fully utilize the high specific strength of high-strength steels, as well as manufacturing technologies to realize such parts. Some examples of our development will be presented in this lecture. |
