Abstract(E) | The objective of this research is to bestow multifunctions of hydrogen on polymer materials to realize highly proton conductive thin films and innovative energy devices using the films. Foe example, dense sulfonation on aromatic polymers resulted in films that exhibited proton conductivity at high temperature and low humidity. Rechargeable fuel cells were developed with reasonable cyclability. Possibilities of other devices are in progress. |
