Abstract(J) | 二輪と自転車乗員は、全死亡重傷者の半数近くを占め、また、自転車の単独死傷事故が急増しており、今後低減に力を入れていく必要がある。自転車運転者は事故後24時間を超えて死亡する割合が他と比較し高い。その場合、頭部が最大損傷のケースが8割以上である。重傷、軽傷では若い人も頭部傷害が多く頭部保護が重要である。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | Motorcycle and bicycle riders account for nearly half of all fatalities and serious injuries. In addition, the number of cyclist fatalities and injuries in single accident is increasing rapidly. So both should be focused on reducing. A high percentage of bicyclists die more than 24 hours after an accident. In such cases, more than 80% of the cases have the maximum head injury. Young people also suffer many head injuries, both serious and minor, and it is important to protect the head. |
