Abstract(J)ブレーキ鳴きは自動車の減速時に、ブレーキから発生する異音である。試験評価ではしばしばブレーキ鳴き以外の異音も集音されるが、全ての音データを人が聞いて異音を判別するには時間がかかる上、人的ミスが含まれる恐れもある。そこで、AIを用いて音データから機械的にブレーキ鳴きを判別する手法を開発した。ブレーキ鳴きが発生している音データは、周波数スペクトル画像に変換すると人の目でも判別しやすい特徴を確認できる。この特性に着目し、AIの深層学習を用いて実車試験で測定した音データから鳴きの有無を判別させた結果、今回対象とした音データについてはブレーキ鳴きを93.7%の精度で判別できた。なお、現場担当者が本技術を業務で使いやすいようにGUIを作成し、音データを入力すれば簡単な操作で判別結果を確認できるよう工夫した。

Abstract(E)A brake squeal is an abnormal noise generated by the brake during deceleration of an automobile. In the test evaluation, abnormal noise other than brake squeals are often collected, and it takes time to hear all the sound data for distinguishing the abnormal noise, and human errors may happen. Therefore, we developed a method for mechanically determining brake squeal from sound data using AI. When the sound data containing the brake squeal is converted into a Frequency spectrum, a feature that can be easily discriminated even by human eyes is confirmed.Focusing on this characteristic, the presence of brake squeal was determined from the sound data measured in the actual vehicle test using AI's deep learning, and the brake squeal was determined with 93.7% accuracy for the object data this time. A GUI was created to make it easy for the operators to use this technology in their work. The discrimination result can be confirmed only by simple operation after inputting sound data.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.
The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.
