| Abstract(J) | CAE技術の進化にともない、グローバル社会において開発スピードの競争がより激しくなる中、フロントローディングによる新機種開発の短期化の達成が大きな課題となっている。塗装分野においても、シミュレーションを活用した短期間での開発が求められており、塗料を1/100㎜まで霧化して吹付け、連続塗膜を生成する「噴霧塗装」の予測は、重要な項目の一つとなっている。今回、一定速度で塗り重ねた膜厚分布から、設計探査ツールを活用して、塗装機固有静止パターン分布を高い精度で予測する手法を開発したので、ここに紹介する（図1）。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | The digital innovation accelerates the aggressive competition of the development cycle, and the achievement of the short development cycle with the front-loading concept becomes important. As the short development cycle supported by the simulation model is demanded in the paint industry, the calculation of the liquid atomization pattern with the 1/100mm levels is the critical subject.This report presents the precise calculation model for the single atomized pattern from the accumulated film build distribution using the analytical design software. |
