| Abstract(J) | 新型BRZ のシートは、スポーツ走行時に身体をしっかり支える「ホールド性」をさらなる向上させつつ、シートフレームの軽量化を目指して新規開発した。「ホールド性」向上のためにシートクッションの支持構造であるフォームドワイヤを従来の平面的な形状から立体的な形状へ変更し、シートバックボルスター部とメイン部を部分分離構造とすることで、たわみ特性を見直した。軽量化では、 SUBARUのシートフレームでは初のレーザー溶接やテーラードブランクを採用し軽量化を行った。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | New BRZ sports seat is developed for seat frame weight reduction while enhancingthe "hold characteristics”that supports a body well when driving the new BRZ in sports mode.To improve the “hold characteristics,”the support structure of the seat cushion, formed wire, was changed from conventional plane shape to three-dimensional configuration. Also, deflection characteristics were calibrated by separating the seat back bolster portion and the main portion. We also adopted laser welding and tailored blank for the seat frame weight reduction.This was a first attempt as SUBARU for the seat frame. |
