Abstract(J)昨今の地球温暖化対策の一環として、わが国では2 0 5 0年にカーボンニュートラル社会の実現を目指すことが宣言され、日野自動車でも2 0 5 0年に工場でCO2排出ゼロ、中間目標として2 0 3 0 年に2 0 1 3 年比4 0 % 削減するという目標を掲げた。工場でのカーボンニュートラルを実現するためには熱のマネジメントが不可欠であり、特に排ガス熱量の約5 0 %を占める1 5 0 ℃ 未満の排ガス熱量を有効に再利用することが非常に重要である。本報では、1 2 0 ℃ 以下で再生可能な吸湿蓄熱材ハスクレイを用いてコジェネレーションの排熱を蓄熱、工場内外に輸送して有効に活用する蓄熱システムの実証試験を行った結果について報告する。

Abstract(E)Japan has declared that it aims to realize a carbon-neutral society by 2050, and Hino Motors has set a goal of zero CO2 emissions at its plants in 2050. Thermal management is essential to achieve carbon neutrality in factories. Among them, it is very important to effectively reuse the amount of exhaust gas heat below 150℃, which accounts for about 50% of the exhaust gas heat. In this paper, we report the results of a demonstration test of a heat storage system that can store heat from cogeneration exhaust gas and use it efficiently inside and outside the factory using HAS-Clay, a moisture absorption heat storage material that can store waste heat below 120℃. Inside the factory site, it was used as a heat source for dehumidification and heating of paint booth air conditioning. Outside the factory, it was used as a heat source for the heated pool of the Hamura City Swimming Center. In both cases, this method was found to be an effective countermeasure against energy saving.
