Abstract(J)熱可塑性繊維強化樹脂は、高強度・低比重であるため、自動車の軽量化材として広く実用化されている。一方で、射出成形時に樹脂流動方向に対し繊維が配向するため、材料物性に異方性が生じ剛性解析が難しいという問題点がある。この課題に対して繊維配向を考慮したCAE解析手法の報告例はあるが配向がランダムになる大型構造体については適用できていない。本研究では、大型の熱可塑性繊維強化樹脂部品に対しCAE剛性解析の精度を向上させることを目的とした。手法としては、部品の一般面やリブ部分における繊維状態を模擬したテストピースにより、繊維状態と剛性の関係を調査し、材料物性値を統計的に算出した。得られた材料物性値を基にして、大型部品のCAE剛性解析を実施した結果、精度を向上させることに成功した。

Abstract(E)Fiber reinforced thermoplastics are widely used as light weight material due to high strength and low specific gravity. However, performance predictions for the products are difficult because fiber orientation in injection molding has an influence on stiffness. Although there are some reports of CAE analysis methods that consider fiber orientation, they have not been applied to large parts.In this study, the relationship between the fiber state and the stiffness was investigated from the test piece which imitated fiber orientation observed in the products, and the material property values were calculated statistically. The method using calculated material property values improved accuracy of stiffness CAE analysis.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.
The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.
