| Abstract(J) | CO2排出量削減が社会課題となる中、商用車の電動化も強く求められている。特に、トラックの電動化を進めるには、これまでと同等の航続距離を実現するバッテリ搭載量を確保することが重要となる。モータ，ギヤ，アクスルを一体化したeAxle は、従来、動力伝達のために使用されているプロペラシャフトを必要とせず、より多くのバッテリ搭載スペースを確保することで、トラックの電動化率の向上を期待できる技術である。トラックでは車種によりパワーラインに求められる出力は広範囲にわたるが、1 0 0 kW モータを構成単位として、小型から大型トラックまでをカバーすることを考える。そのために、1 つのアクスルに2個のモータを搭載したeAxleを開発する。この2 モータeAxle の特長について、基本設計内容を紹介する。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | As CO2 emission reduction becomes social issue, electrification of commercial vehicles is strongly required. Especially, for electrification of trucks, ensuring installation amount of battery is important to achieve running distance equivalent to conventional trucks. A propeller shaft used conventionally for power transmitting in trucks is unnecessary for an axle which includes motor and gearbox as its components, that is eAxle. Thus, eAxle can ensure more battery space and is technology that can be expected to improve electrification rate of trucks.Although power required for power line of trucks varies to wide range depending on vehicle size, with 100 kW motor as module unit, that can be covered from light duty trucks to heavy duty trucks. For that purpose, eAxle which has two motors in one axle is developed. Basic design is introduced about advantages of the two motors eAxle. |
