| Abstract(J) | 近年、日本の地方部では利用者の減少により路線バスの廃線が相次いでいる一方、高齢化に伴いバスなしには生活できない交通弱者が急増しているため、路線バス事業を継続させるための路線再編が火急の課題となっている。石川県小松市の中山間部を走る大杉線は全長3 0 km、片道1時間と長大であるが、利用者低迷によりコストに見合う運賃収入を得られていない。こうした理由から、小松市は大杉線を途中のバス停で折り返す再編案を検討している。本稿では、豊田中央研究所の公共交通シミュレーション技術を用いて、最適な折返しバス停について分析する。その結果、せせらぎの郷バス停が折返しバス停の候補として妥当であるとの結果が得られた。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | Recently in remote areas in Japan, reorganization of local bus routes to continue their business has been an urgent task. This is because the bus routes have been discontinued one after another due to a decrease in their users, but the number of people who cannot live daily lives without buses has been increasing significantly because of the aging population. Although Osugi route in the mountainous area in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, is long: it is 30 km in length and takes one hour each way, the number of its users and the amount of its fare income are insignificant to pay its cost. Therefore, Komatsu City considers the reorganization plan that a bus turns around at a certain stop in the middle of Osugi route. This study analyzes an optimum bus stop for a turnaround point by using Public Transport Simulation Technology created by Toyota Central R&D Labs., Inc. As a result, Seseragi-no-Sato bus stop is one of the reasonable options for a turnaround point. |
