| Abstract(E) | As a material that contributes to carbon neutrality and decarbonization, NeCycle, a highly functional bioplastic, was developed and mass production started from NEC Platforms. Using cellulose, the most abundant non-edible plant resource on earth, as a raw material, it achieved excellent durability and mass production, along with the beautiful jet black of high-quality lacquerware of traditional crafts (Urushi black). In this paper, we describe NeCycle's high environmental harmony and decorativeness of traditional crafts. |
