Abstract(J)	高速かつ高密度に集積化された光・電子デバイスの急速な進歩は、同時に発熱の爆発的な増大をもたらしている。本稿では、半導体ヘテロ構造のバンドプロファイルを適切に設計し、電子伝導におけるトンネル過程と熱電子放出過程を組み合わせることにより、室温にある量子井戸内の電子の温度が50K程度低下することを示す。 Translation
Abstract(E)	The rapid progress of high-speed and densely integrated photonic and electronic devices has simultaneously led to an explosive increase in heat dissipation. In this paper, we show that the temperature of electrons in a quantum well at room temperature can be reduced by about 50 K by appropriately designing the band profile of semiconductor heterostructures and combining the tunneling and thermionic emission processes in electron conduction.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters
