| Abstract(J) | 従来、熟練したエキスパートが実施しているノッキングのレベル判定作業を機械が判定を行う「ノッキング音レベル判定システム」に置き換えことができた。このレベル判定システムは、マイクからノッキング音を収録し、音データの前処理を実施した後、教師あり機械学習モデルを用いてレベル判定を自動的に行い、社内で定められているレベル基準を表示させるものである。このシステムは、エンジン開発の客観的定量評価と作業時間短縮、さらにはエンジン適合の自動化に貢献できる。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | We were able to replace the conventional knocking level judgment work performed by skilled experts with a “knocking sound level judgment system” in which a machine performs the judgment. This system records the knocking sound from a microphone, pre-processes the sound data, and then automatically judges the level using a supervised machine learning model, and displays the established level standard. This system can contribute to objective quantitative evaluation of engine development, reduction of work time, and automation of engine calibration. |
