Abstract(J)	光無線給電システムの高効率化を目指してワイドギャップなペロブスカイト太陽電池を開発した．また，リチウム化合物で塗布前処理をすることでペロブスカイト層の膜質が向上することを見出した．その結果，疑似太陽光下で非常に高い開放電圧1.41Vを達成し，青色LEDを用いた単色光変換効率として21.6%を達成した． Translation
Abstract(E)	We developed a wide gap perovskite solar cell with the aim of improving the optical wireless power transmission system. We also found that the film quality of the perovskite layer was improved by pretreatment with a lithium compound. We achieved a very high open circuit voltage of 1.41V under simulated sunlight, and achieved a monochromatic light conversion efficiency of 21.6% using a blue LED.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters
