Abstract(J) | 近年では熱特性、電気特性での高機能な樹脂の複雑構造への適用が求められ、水性塗料化が好ましい。PTFEは非粘着性,耐薬品性、高絶縁性などの特性を持つが、接着性が無いのは欠点である。我々はPTFE,ポリイミド、極性結晶体を混合した、ワンコート可能な水性塗料開発を行い、その物性評価と用途検討を行った。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | Application of high performance resin is demanded in recent years. For example, higher heat resistance, more promising electrical property. Its coating for complex structure is required. In addition, water-based coating varnish is preferred. PTFE has attractive properties which are non-adhesive, chemical resistance, high insulation etc. On the other hand, poor adhesiveness is weak point. We have developed high performance varnish for coating by using PTFE, polyimide and polar crystal. This varnish advantages are water-based and only one coating. Then, we evaluated its property and consider its application. |
