| Abstract(E) | We have developed a new CFRP that utilizes the original technology of pulp molding, using recycled carbon fiber extracted from CFRP scraps and waste materials with energy saving. By blending long fibers by the pulp molding method and optimally mixing with phenolic resin, both strength and cost were achieved. Furthermore, the relationship between fiber orientation and strength was also evaluated using X-ray CT. |
