Abstract(E) | Electrified power unit wide-spread deployment and enhancement are the essential to pursue the carbon neutrality and sustainable mobility. Additionally, it is important to draw transition to there synchronized with renewable energy transformation. Recently, IEA directed their aggressive approach scenario toward carbon neutrality at 2050, and many nations and OEMs have also announced their intentions and approaches. Here, its background, key issues, and countermeasures toward the goal are discussed to understand, then Honda’s challenges are introduced as one of examples. To fulfill requirement both for the target and customer satisfactions, Honda is challenging to realize new value creation with electrified technology. |
