Abstract(J) | ねじは長い歴史を持った機械要素であるにもかかわらず,今日でも締付け不良,ゆるみ,強度不足などのトラブルが後を絶たない.それは,ねじがその形状から本質的に強度上の問題・ゆるみの問題などを持っていたからであろう.本稿では,ねじのゆるみや破損の原因およびその防止法などについて現状の課題と動向を述べる. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Although screws and/or bolted joints are mechanical elements with a long history, troubles such as improper tightening, looseness, and insufficient strength continue to occur today. This is probably because the screws had essential strength and looseness problems due to their shape. In this commentary, we describe the current issues and trends regarding the causes of loosening and breakage of screws and how to prevent them. |
