Abstract(J) | めねじ加工で主に用いられるタップは,ドリルで加工された下穴の内面に与えられた回転運動により定められたリードに沿ってめねじを加工する工具である.そのため,めねじを加工する食付き部とリードに沿って工具が進むための自己ガイド機構を備えた完全ねじ山部からなるが,下穴の影響を受けることや,1回転1リード送られなければならない等,他の穴加工工具とは異なる面がある.タップには切り屑を出す切削タップと塑性加工でねじを生成するロールタップの2種類がある. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Taps are mainly used for internal thread machining. It is a tool that processes an internal thread of the inner surface with a drilled hole along a defined lead by a given rotational motion. The tool has two parts: a chamfer part to cut the internal thread and a full thread part with a self-guiding mechanism for the tool to follow the lead. It differs from other drilling tools in some respects, such as being affected by the pilot hole and having to be fed one lead per revolution. There are two type: cutting taps which produce chips, and forming taps which produce threads by plastic deformation. |
