Abstract(J) | ボルトの緩みの診断はボルト締結の運用における普遍的な課題である.本稿では,従来ある種々のボルト緩み診断手法を概観したのち,ねじ山へ投射した超音波パルスの反射波を利用した提案手法を紹介する.実験とシミュレーションを通して,緩みによるねじ山の接触状態の変化が反射波の瞬時振動数に現れることを述べる. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Diagnosis of bolt loosening is important in the industrial field. This paper briefly reviews diagnosis methods of the bolt loosening and introduces a new non-destructive testing method using ultrasonic pulse projected to the screw thread of the bolt. This method focuses on the reflected pulse from the screw thread and its instantaneous frequency. A basic experiment and a numerical simulation using the ray-tracing method are performed. In their results, the bolt loosening, which decreases the contact area on the pressure flank, moves forward the peak of the instantaneous frequency of the reflected pulse from the screw thread. |
