Abstract(J) | 未利用熱エネルギーの有効利用は重要な課題であるが,未利用熱の多くは200℃未満であり,既存技術では回収が難しい.熱電変換技術は,このような低品位な熱の回収に優位性をもっている.本稿では,熱電変換技術の特徴と応用,さらに最近著者らが開発した200℃未満の温度域で高い熱電性能を示す新材料についての研究を紹介する. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Effective utilization of unused heat energy is an important issue, but the temperature of most of the unused heat is below 200 degree C, and it is difficult to recover such heat with existing technology. Thermoelectric conversion technology has an advantage in recovering such low-grade waste heat. In this article, I introduce the features and applications of thermoelectric conversion technology, as well as research on novel materials that we have been recently developed and exhibit high thermoelectric performance in the temperature range below 200 degree C. |
