Abstract(J)	自動車に対する要求は，環境面で電動化，安全面で運転支援や自動化を加速させている．その結果，電動車両駆動用インバータ搭載のパワーモジュール高出力化と，車載ECUが扱うデータ用の増大が起因し，いずれもパワーエレクトロ二クス部材の発熱量が増大する．本稿では，個々に進化を遂げたパワエレ冷却技術について解説する． Translation
Abstract(E)	Many demands for automobiles nowadays are related to electric vehicles for environment and advanced driver assistance system for safety, respectively. As a result, the higher output of the power module on the inverter and the higher computation of ECU（electronic control unit）are rapidly developed. This paper explains the individual evolution of the power electronics cooling technologies for traction and control system.

How to use the search box

How to use "AND" and "OR" pull-down

If AND search and multiple OR search are mixed, OR search has priority.

Example) W AND X OR Y OR Z → W AND (X OR Y OR Z)

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.

The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.

Search tips

When searching by author name, enter the first and last name separated by a space, such as "Taro Jidosha".
