Abstract(E) | In order to achieve sustainable society, it is necessary to reduce car body’s weight and to develop electric vehicles. In this paper,advanced forming and simulation technologies for forming high tensile steels and forming technologies for developing compact and high power motors are discussed. The high tensile steels have low formabilities. Therefore it is necessary to increase the accuracy of forming simulation results for reducing press forming dies developing period. Advanced materials and forming technologies for plastics such as form forming and fiber reinforced plastics(FRP)are also mentioned. |
