Abstract(J)CFRP複合材料を高品質、高速度で加工するためのレーザ加工技術であるレーザ切断・穴あけ、およびレーザ接合の開発状況を説明した。超短パルスQスイッチYAGレーザを用いた切断・穴あけでは熱影響部のない高品質の加工ができた、その加工速度が遅く、この点を改善する方法としてQスイッチYAGレーザとシングルモードファイバーレーザを複合化してレーザ加工する方法を検討した。しかし、その複合化は時間差があり、よい結果が得られなかった。そこで、高速スキャナーと3kWシングルモードファイバーレーザを用いたCFRPスキャナー加工を行ったところ約100μm~200μm幅の熱影響部が生じるが板厚8mmまでのCFRP材を高速で加工できた。近年開発された高出力パルスのCO2レーザを用いた加工機についても紹介した。さらに、CFRP部材のレーザ溶接の研究についても紹介した。

Abstract(E)Developments of Laser cutting/drilling and jopining of CFRP composites have been introduced to get high quality and high speed laser material processing. High quality laser cutting/drilling of CFRP is attained by Q-switch YAG laser (nano second pulsed laser) without heat affected zone. However,the cutting speed is very low. Then, combined process of Q-YAG laser and SM fiber laser has been tried to improve the cutting/drilling of CFRP composite. The combination was not good because of time lag between two different processes. In addition, 3kw Single mode fiber laser with ultra-high speed scanner was been used to cutting/drilling of CFRP. The good cutting quality was attained at high cutting speed of 8000mm/min in 1.2mm thick plate. Recently high power pulsed CO2 Lassr was developed for laser processing of CFRP for automotive industry.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.
The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.
