| Abstract(J) | これまでSKD61ダイス鋼粉末での造形は割れやすく実用化が困難だといわれてきた、3D 造形用に成分を調整したSKD61 系粉末を使用して世界初，密度99.996～8 で造形できる割れない造形条件を確立した。本稿では、MAMS造形の応用例として、ハイブリッド造形ダイカスト金型部品での量産適用を行った事例や、ダイカスト金型における金属3D プリンティング技術活用の取組みを紹介する。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | The typical problems in the aluminum die-casting process, such as reduced cycle times and mold seizing, can be solved by modern additive manufacturing techniques that is able to add intricate cooling channels to locate proximity of the mold surface. That can also enable the reduction of environmental impact by anti-seizing compounds. This article reports the successful development of diecasting mold manufacturing by AM with using one of the most common die-casting steels in Japan called SKD61. |
