| Abstract(E) | To cope with the spread of automated driving technology, we investigated a method to objectively determine driver’s states of monitoring the system from their brain activity. Functional near-infrared spectroscopy（fNIRS）was used to examine the brain activity. Machine learning was utilized to discriminate driver’s different monitoring states. And both algorithms for time-series and image data of fNIRS were attempted. Finally, we discussed the system possibility of in-vehicle application based on the discrimination rates. |
