Abstract(E) | For the purpose of imparting functions such as self-cleaning and antifouling properties, using a mold with relatively large fine unevenness of about 50 to 100 μm on the cavity surface, continuous injection molding is performed using a normal molding machine and incidental equipment. Through this development, we were able to confirm a water-repellent angle of 145° (maximum 155°) with polypropylene resin. |
