| Abstract(E) | With the predicted increase of older adults worldwide, the International Organization for Standardization ISO/TC 314 "Ageing societies" was formed in 2017 to develop international standards to address the social needs of the ageing population, and guide organizations that provide services to this age group. The ISO/TC 314/WG 4 "Wellbeing" aims to develop guidelines for various types of communities, including local communities and companies, to promote the wellbeing of each community and its members. This paper introduces the activities of the ISO/TC 314 and outlines the guidelines followed by ISO/TC 314/WG 4. |
