| Abstract(E) | The objective of this paper is to explain the purpose and content of our ongoing NEDO-commissioned project “Research and development related to the completion of digital infrastructure and agile governance aimed at balancing system safety, reliability, and innovation in the System of Systems era”. We intent to create the “agile governance mechanism” in which the value and risk of innovation generated from SoS are well-balanced, while the social implementation of SoS is promoted smoothly by means of adapting soft laws in this project. |
