| Abstract(J) | 本稿では、データの時代に焦点を当て、デジタル技術の進化とともに競争領域が変化していることを指摘する。デジタル技術の進化に伴い、データが最も重要な競争領域となり、データ駆動型社会やデータエコノミーが重要になっている。モビリティ分野も例外ではなく、データ駆動型社会に適応するためのゲームチェンジが求められている。その基本概念として、現在欧州を中心に提唱されているデータ主権やデータスペースを紹介し、具体的にはFIWARE、IDSA、GAIA-X、Catena-Xといった欧州の取り組みや、DATA-EXといった日本の取り組みを紹介する。これらのコンセプトをモビリティ分野に応用したものとして、Japan Mobility Data SpaceとSmart Mobility 2.0の取組を紹介する。2023年にはすでにデータの時代に突入しており、新たな改革の時が迫っている。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | This article focuses on the era of data and points out that the competitive domain is changing with the evolution of digital technology. With the advancement of digital technology, data has become the top competitive domain, and a data-driven society and data economy have become important. The mobility field is no exception, and a game change is required to adapt to a data-driven society. As fundamental concepts, data sovereignty and data spaces, which are currently being proposed mainly in Europe, will be introduced, and more specifically, European initiatives such as FIWARE, IDSA, GAIA-X, and Catena-X, as well as Japanese initiatives such as DATA-EX will be introduced. The Japan Mobility Data Space Initiative and Smart Mobility 2.0 will be presented as an application of these concepts to the mobility field. It is emphasized that we have already entered the era of data in 2023, and that it is time for a new revolution. |
